eBay item: Vintage child’s lamp from the 1970′s; anyone know how to get it appraised online?

I’ve got a lamp that is in good working order. The shade and brass are a little aged, but the base is in great shape. My mom paid about $150 for this in the mid-70′s… Anyone know where I could get it appraised or find out the maker/model? (item has no labels or identifications…)

You really only get antiques appraised. It’s too new to be an antique, it’s brass and not from a particular designer i assume so it’s not of inherent value. If you like it, keep it and enjoy it and don’t worry what it’s worth. It takes a very long time for inflation to catch up with depreciation!
