does any one know what to do with chicken and hen plants in the winter monthes to keep from killing them?

I have some chickens and hens in a strawberry vase which are growing really well right now I need to know what to do with them in the winter time to keep them from dying

I keep mine out all winter and haven’t lost one yet I live in Southern Ontario where we have some wicked cold winter days, they just huddle together to keep warm and when the spring comes they stretch their little wings and give me a ton of chicks.
Just to be on the safe side though, why don’t you harvest one or two chicks from each plant and leave them in over the winter.
